We are seeking college and post-grad volunteers who would like to assist with grant writing for collection maintenance and updating. We currently have goals that include the digitization of images from our collection for uploading to the website.

We curate maps, documents on historical properties and documents about archaeology in Ventura County! Our volunteers help with library tasks, evaluating artifacts, and preservation techniques. Come join us!
Our records do not contain all Ventura sites as various firms also file their reports at the State Archive. We often maintain a duplicate of these filings, but the State Archive is open for all filings throughout our County.
